We never learn from our mistakes or is it only me?
It is the second week of school
and everytime before school starts
i am sure many of us would tell ourselves
‘i shall start my readings early and be consistent in my revisions, no more making the same old mistakes like previous semester’
does that sound familiar to you?
however, keeping to that promise to ourselves is another story for me, well…
today, some unidentified source of energy pulled me into the NUS library.
i went to the nearest computer and typed the word ‘ Sparks, Nicholas’
clicking on The Wedding and copied down the number and the next thing i knew i am in my room spending my whole day finishing the book soon
ill probably be able to return it tomorrow first thing in the morning
GOSH!
i spent one whole day reading a love novel which does not contribute any tips in answering questions for exams

‘ i am frowning? yea, gan cheong! ….but how come whenever i read my textbook, ill yawn? ‘

a pang of guilt hit me but was being dismissed immediately. i am really such a bad kid.
‘ never mind lar. it is only week 2 wert’
‘ hmm…the next thing we know, it will be week 4′
‘ week 4 only wert’
‘ hmm…then it will be week 6. it is only half of the semester wert. mid-sem break somemore. enjoy the holiday lar! ‘
