Mummy asked, mummy said

‘ Do you cry alone in NUS? ‘
‘ No arr..Why cry? Crying does not help to solve problem. *guilty* ‘
‘ Yea. true. good gal. but you should know…no matter what, you can always call back and cry to mummy ok?’
‘* holding back tears really hard* of course mummy. ‘

it is time to get out of my comfort zone and start dealing with my own problems…like how a young adult should be.
Thank you Mummy.

Bali Trip (2nd Day Part 1)

There are just too many photos
i resize until very frustrated
in the end, only managed to endure until the half of the 2nd days pictures
the previous post on Bali Trip was ‘ nth years ago’
i know i know i know

continue from the 1st day
of course after the sucky meal i mentioned in the previous post
we went back to the hotel
apparently, our hotel was just walking distance from the very famous Kuta Beach
we had nothing to do after checking in
so, we went out to walk walk, look look and see see
most of things were too expensive
coz tat area is tourist area wor…

the next day, which is the 2nd day of our trip
we woke up very early for our breakfast buffet

after breakfast, we met up with our tour guide again
and started our very-the-packed schedule
firstly, he brought us to see how the Batiks are made
weird huh??
Malaysia also got rite?
but quite interesting also
especially the people there
the Balinese were so friendly that they posed and smiled at you sweetly when you take pictures of them
how cute!

next stop would be the cultural show
they even distributed each of us a piece of paper with the story description in different languages
so that we can truly understand the show
coz the performers were speaking in their own language

during the cultural show, i was practically not sitting at all
i went to a corner just to get a few shots of the performers without blocking the viewers
i can see a few foreigners were very impressed with the performance
while the rest were too busy fanning themselves
coz no fan at all, and the weather was extremely hot

we got into our van and headed to another handicraft place
can see that the tourguide was taking us to places where we can spend money lor
but the interesting part is can see how those things are being made
like the handicrafts below
the man was kind enough to show us every step how all the tiny metal souveniers are being made
the guy was so skillful

yes. after that, another handicraft shop.
and this time i finally get to buy something for friends

it was time for lunch.
this time it was buffet lunch
but the food was the same as the last nite we ate lor!!
our family was complaining already
but what to do. you want cheap AND good food at the same time?
most of the time, don happen..
but one thing for sure is the view was breathetaking.
coz we went all the way up to the mountain
the restaurant was located beside the VOLCANO!!!

i had to end here at the moment. still got more pics to come.
im too lazy to continue. =p
Part 2 will be up ‘SOON’…

Sakae Sushi (PTUI!)

i have been a loyal customer of Sakae Sushi for its sushi buffet at the end of every semester
but after yesterday, i think i would think twice before consuming any of their sushis
well, you see, there has been this huge Arts Bazaar at the central forum in NUS
and the Sakae Sushi people are even setting up a store selling sushis
how sweet of tat rite?
we have got no time to go out to eat and they set up store for our convenience hor??!!
*PTUI*
i bought one of their Salmon Sashimi yesterday
my mood was super good when i finally decided to buy it
happily opening the box and squeezing out the soy sauce
yummy…*inhale*
HUH?!
how come no fresh Sashimi smell geh?
FINE! maybe my nose is blocked since its raining..
see?? i even blamed myself for tat
i picked up one piece of of the looking-so-fresh Sashimi with the wooden chopsticks
slowly dip in it into the soy sauce and carefully putting it into my mouth
starts chewing, savouring every bit of it
*UH?*
how come no Salmon taste one?
WHAT THE HELL!!!
it is so not fresh
but as in no fishy smell lar but no Salmon smell and taste lor
*ANGRY*
wasting my money
my mood TOTALLY STRAIGHT AWAY BAD!!!!!!!
the best part of it is it left me having stomach ache from yesterday until today
resulting me paying visits to the toilet (you know what i mean)
and i almost vomitted today
the whole day tummy not feeling well
not enough of sleep due to rushing for project
and later project presentation somemore
how how how???
and also, i am having 3 midterms this coming week and 2 assignments to hand in
*woot woot*
it has been such a great week….*clap clap*
